Merryville United Methodist Church

The Merryville church dates back to 1907.  The current sanctuary, built in 1927, is the third church building for the Merryville church.  The first two churches each burned down.   In the mid 1990s, the church was renovated.  Improvements included painting, new carpeting, more choir space, new sheetrock, foundation work, adding storm windows, ceiling insulation, and widening the altar rail.
How to Get There:     Take Hwy 190 west from DeRidder to Merryville.  Turn left onto Hwy 110.  Turn right on Frazer south of the tracks.  The church is about half a mile ahead on the right.
