Local residents organized the church along the old Many highway in November 1908.  The church was named after its first pastor, Rev. J.J. Haskin.  In 1938, Joseph Ferguson gave the church permission to rebuild on his property.  The community lent a hand to clear the land and put up the church.  The land was purchased on February 18, 1957 by Mr. J.B. and Mrs. Estelle White and donated to the church.  On September 15, 1957, the church remodeling work was completed.  On November 9, 1992, the congregation purchased land next to the church.
How to Get There:
Take Hwy 171 to Zwolle.  About a mile past the city limits sign, turn right on Horton St. (Hwy 1216).  Go a quarter mile and turn left on Gay St.  Follow the road for 0.55 miles around a curve to the right.  The church will be on the left.
